Shaiya Raz was born in Israel on equinox day, the 20th of March 1963.
His lifelong calling and mission is the formulation and sharing of The Universal Intelligence Code – (The UI-Code) – A new and completely Unified Philosophy of Life – Intelligently and harmoniously integrating Religion, Science, Technology and True Spirituality.

In the years of preparation for his mission – he withdrew from society for a period of 7 years, during which he observed complete silence for a period of 4.5 years.

After the commencement of the silence and on the eve of the 21st century, he traveled from Israel to Jordan, where he participated in the 7th Assembly of the World Conference of Religions for Peace.
This is where he officially declared and set the foundation for the future unity of all religions – an essential aspect of both – Intelligent Existence & Intelligent Coexistence. 

Over the 21 years that followed, he has engaged with an intense process of writing and has created The Unified Knowledge – a vast body of writing, comprised of over 4.5 million words.
He has defined and described over 3,000 life principles & insights, related to our optimal development as individuals and our spiritual evolution as people. 

He is inviting all humane & constructive beings, regardless of whether they are secularly, religiously or spiritually inclined, to objectively evaluate, learn and apply the 7 core principles of The Intelligence Code, increasingly support the UI-Cause, and intelligently cooperate in enhancing their own existence and the existence of all.
