Facilitation – Intelligent Interactive Facilitation – The Intelligent Facilitation of another being
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle)

  • Intelligent Facilitation is an important aspect of Interactions – including Relationships & Parenthood.

Factuality – Factual Thinking – as a continual practice
– (primarily related to the 3rd & 5th principles)

  • Increasing ability to differentiate between Facts and Assumptions, and between Facts and Beliefs.

Fair and Unfair – Increasingly understanding Fairness and a commitment to be as Fair as Possible
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle- as well as the 3rd, 5th & 6th principles)

  • Aspiring to be as fair as possible.
  • The instinctive mind measures whether a behavior is fair or unfair subjectively, measuring what it perceives as a gain or a loss for self or those instinctively related.
  • The higher the Intelligence Level – (The UI-Level), the greater the ability to evaluate whether a behavior is objectively fair or unfair.

Faith – Intelligent Faith – The Power of Faith – The Perfection of Intelligent Faith – The Perfection of Oneness
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle- as well as the 3rd, 6th & 7th principles)

  • Consciously Chosen Total Faith.

Favorable & Unfavorable – Actual and ‘Perceived As’ / ‘Experienced As’
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle- as well as the 3rd & 5th principles)

  • Developing an increasing ability to clearly perceive occurrences & circumstances.
  • Transcending the realm of manifested existence / relative existence / duality.
  • Optimally learning from all experiences, those perceived as favorable, unfavorable, and neutral.

Fear – Intelligent & Conscious Fear Management – The Intelligent Transcendence of Fear
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle – as well as the 3rd, 4th & 5th principles)

  • Developing an increasing understanding of the Fear Experience, as a central aspect of the Instinctive-Survival Program, the function of which is to protect life.
  • Learning to relate to The Fear Experience As an Inner Signal and Adviser:
  • The continual perfection of Courage – (developing an increasing ability to overcome fear).
  • The detached observation of the fear reaction.
  • The objective evaluation of whether the fear is Justified or Unjustified.
  • When Unjustified – Conscious Neutralization – Conscious Release.
  • When Justified – The objective evaluation of whether the intensity is appropriate or not – (can be appropriate, insufficient or excessive).
  • Understanding the Primary Fears – Fear of death – (the departure & transition), Fear of Pain and Suffering, Fear of Restriction & Confinement.
  • Increasing freedom from Fear of the departure, by an increasing realization of the eternal nature of Higher Consciousness and by the acceptance of the cyclic nature of Biophysical Existence.

Feedback – Constructive Feedback – Positive & Negative – The Art of providing and receiving Constructive Feedback – positive and negative
– (primarily related to the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • Ensure that your feedbacks – both the positive ones and the negative ones are increasingly constructive.
  • Positive Feedback – Negative Feedback Ratio: In harmonious interaction, aspire to maintain a ratio of 10 to 1 – that is 10 positive feedbacks to each negative feedback – (the recommended ratio includes number of feedbacks as well as intensity of feedbacks).
  • Constructive Negative Feedback – (Constructive Criticism) is an essential aspect of Intelligent Interaction.
  • Develop an increasing ability to calmly listen to Negative Feedback and intelligently evaluate whether it is a constructive feedback or not, and if constructive – how valid it is.
  • Develop an increasing awareness & understanding of who is providing the feedback and why.
  • The higher the UI-Level of the person that is providing the feedback, the more constructive the feedback is, the greater its accuracy and importance.

Field – (Field & Sphere) – The Unified Filed & Unified Sphere of Perception and Interaction
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle- as well as the 3rd, 6th & 7th principles)

  • Continual expansion of one’s Field & Sphere of Perception and Interaction.
  • Continual Integration & Unification of one’s Field & Sphere of Perception and Interaction.
  • The conscious shift from Instinctive Perception – (which is restricted & distorted) to Intelligent & Conscious Perception – (which is expanded & clear).

Fight – Flight – Freeze – (The Instinctive FFF Response –through the Intelligence Spectrum – (also: Offense – Defense – Deterrence)
– (primarily related to the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • The Conscious Transcendence of the instinctive FFF Response
  • At the Instinctive level the FFF response is an automatic Interactive Response to that which is perceived as a threat. It is a basic instinctive signal and Behavior Pattern.
  • At the instinctive level, note the such aspects as ‘Domination & Submission’, the instinctive reaction to Negative Feedbacks.
  • In this context consider the sequence:
    Offense – Defense – Victory – Defeat – Retreat – Surrender / Submission – Rebellion – Retaliation.
  • (Victory – Victim – Neither).
  • At the mid-realm of Intelligent & conscious existence, the perception of the nature of experiences is clearer, and the choice of how to Act and how to React is an Intelligent & Conscious Choice.

Filters – Consciousness Filters – Psychological Filters – Perception Filters – Innate and Acquired – causing A Restricted, Distorted, Biased and Flawed Perception
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle – as well as the 3rd, 4th & 5th principles)

  • Consciousness Filters are one of the main contributors to Disagreements.
  • The Conscious Identification and Neutralization of Consciousness Filters.

Financial Management – Intelligent – Increasing mastery of Intelligent Financial Management
– (primarily related to the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • Intelligent Financial Planning.
  • Increasing Ethical behavior and approach.
  • The management of Resources.
  • Money as assisting in exchange of Resource.
  • Using money and resources constructively.
  • Providing Service – (Contribution) – Earning – Spending – Saving – Investing.
  • As a general guideline – Spending or using up to 90% of one’s earnings, while Saving & Investing at least 10% of one’s earning.

Fitness – Optimal Fitness – as an aspect of Optimal Health & Well Being
– (primarily related to the 3rd principle)

  • Ensuring an intelligent and effective Personal Fitness Plan.

Flaws – Qualities & Flaws – Enhancement of Qualities & Correction of Flaws
– (primarily related to the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • The responsibility & commitment to as much as possible identify & correct flaws – structural, functional / behavioral – in self, others, systems and existence.
  • The continual objective evaluation of systems, beings and behaviors.
  • The continual Identification of Flaws.
  • The Optimal Correction of Flaws – (to the extent that is possible at the time).

Flexibility – Psychological Flexibility – (as different to psychological rigidity) – The continual development & practice of
– (primarily related to the 3rd & 4th principles)

  • Increasing Adaptability – (Acceptance & Adaptability).
  • Developing and maintaining an open mind.

Fluctuation – Fluctuation & Stability – State Fluctuation – Behavioral Fluctuation – (State of Consciousness / Function & Performance)
– (primarily related to the 1st principle – as well as the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • Enhancing State and Level of Intelligence, while developing Increasing Psychological Stability.
  • As an aspect of The UI-Practice, aspire to consciously ascend and function at a higher and higher level, and to decrease the degree of Fluctuation between the highest level of your Personal Function & Performance and the lowest point.
  • Example A:
    Fluctuating between UI-Level 320 and UI-Level 280 – (40 points fluctuation), means Fluctuating between Conscious-Intelligent Existence and Compulsive-Instinctive Existence.
  • Example B:
    Fluctuating between UI-Level 360 and UI-Level 330 – (30 points fluctuation), means that the being’s perception & behavioral choices remain Conscious & Intelligent, even at the lowest point of function.
  • Example C:
    Fluctuating between UI-Level 610 and UI-Level 602 means that the being maintains an enlightened state, perception and choices at both the higher and lower point. (Note that as a being ascends above UI-Level 601 the natural fluctuations are harder to perceive by an observer of a lesser level of attainment).

Force – Intelligent Force Management – (Measurability) – as an aspect of Intelligent Interaction
– (primarily related to the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • Aspiring to use the Right Amount of Force, as different to using Excessive Force or Insufficient Force.
  • Insufficient Force is likely to be ineffective.
  • Excessive Force tends to create unnecessary damage.

Forgiveness – Intelligent Forgiveness & Non-Forgiveness – Apology & Forgiveness – The 5 prerequisites for Intelligent Forgiveness
– (primarily related to the 2nd & 3rd principles)

  • Intelligent Forgiveness can be conditioned by the sufficient correction of wrongdoings.
  • The prerequisites for Intelligent Forgiveness include:
    Awareness & Understanding – Regret & Remorse – Sincere Apology – Sincere Promise to do one’s best not to repeat – Compensation – (when applicable).
  • Learn and apply Mutual Apology & Mutual Forgiveness, as an aspect of harmonious interactions & relationships.
  • Differentiate between Non-Resentment and Forgiveness. Ensure that you release and/or neutralize all resentments

Freedom – Intelligent Freedom as A Universal Value, A State, A Primary Principle an A Criterion
– (primarily related to the 4th principle – as well as all the 7 principles)

  • Freedom through The Intelligence Spectrum and The Three Realms: Physical Freedom – Psychological Freedom – Spiritual Freedom.
  • Free Thinking – Free Will – Free Choice.
  • Intelligent Freedom & Intelligent Restriction – (as a basic guideline: Maximal Freedom & Minimal Restriction).
  • Inner Freedom – as the primary goal: Inner Freedom First – Inner Freedom Now.
  • Freedom from Conditioning & Indoctrination, Manipulation & Exploitation, Domination & Control, Coercion & Oppression – (Self & Others).
  • A commitment to the Preservation & Advancement of Freedom.
  • Freedom Respecters – as different to Freedom Deniers / Oppressors.
  • Note that so called ‘Freedom of Religion’ often mean ‘The Freedom to Oppress Others’. It should be continually explained and intelligently opposed.

Frequencies – Brain Frequencies – Electromagnetic Frequencies

  • Higher & Lower Frequencies as metaphor describing the level of Spiritual Intelligence.

Friendliness – The Perfection of Friendliness
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle – as well as the 3rd & 6th principles)

  • Friendliness includes basic Respect, Politeness and Willingness to assist others as appropriate.

Friendships – The Development of Deep Friendships
– (primarily related to the 2nd principle – as well as the 3rd & 6th principles)

  • Friendships range from the lightest to the deepest.
  • Whenever possible it is recommended to develop deep and meaningful friendships which are based on the sharing of the highest universal values, compatibility and common goals.
  • Friendship is an aspect of the creation and maintenance of one’s Support Structure.
  • Using the 5 circles / 5 categories model:
    The 1st and Innermost Circle is Oneself & The UI or The UI & Oneself.
    The 2nd Circle is where the closest and most trustworthy beings are.
    The 3rd circle is where True, Deep and Meaningful Friends are.
    The 4th circle is where light friendships and acquaintanceships are.
    The 5th circle is all other beings including competitors, rivals and enemies.
  • Develop an increasing ability to objectively evaluate to which category those you interact with belong.

Frustration – Increasing understanding of and freedom from Frustration

  • Understanding the sequence: Expectation – Disappointment – Frustration – Anger or Discouragement.
  • Understanding the pair: Reluctance & Frustration.
  • The Perfection of Patience – Acceptance & Adaptability.

Fulfilment – Internal & External – through The Intelligence Spectrum

  • Instinctive Fulfillment – (Desire) – Intelligent & Conscious Fulfillment – (Intelligent Aspirations) – Intelleal-Transcendent Fulfillment – (The Fulfillment of The Highest Possible Spiritual Potential).
